Thief River Falls, M.N. - The day has finally arrived for the season opener for the TRF Oldtimers hockey squad. With much anticipation the game is sold out and ticket scalpers are in full fledge early this morning outside the Huck looking for tickets. I snapped a photo of a couple looking for tickets. The Oldtimers will open up the season against a team from Winnipeg, MB called the Finger Bang. Not much is known about this team however the scouting report we got last night was they go at it hard.
Game time is set for 7:45 pm at the Huck. Come early because the doors open at 6:30 and the seats will fill fast.
